Overnight accommodations can be made directly with the hotel. The room rate is $130 plus tax. The room block will close on 9/2/2023. Reservations must be made by then to receive the discounted rate.

Cancellation Policy
Scholarship recipinets must cancel their registraiton by September 6, 2023. Failure to do so will result in being invoiced for the full cost of your registration and overnight rooms. 
For paid registrations, cancellations received before August 15, 2023 will receive a full refund. From August 15-September 1, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 1
