Reminder: In order to receive update credit for your National Alliance designation for attendance at this seminar, you must be a dues paying member of the Society of CIC/The National Alliance.

Thank you for your interest in our upcoming Graduate Seminar. CE credit is available for all states, however, credit hours my vary. For specific CE information for other states, please contact PIIAC at (303) 512-0627 or The National Alliance at (800) 633-2165.

The course will be hosted as a live webinar 8am – 5:15pm MT BOTH DAYS. Breaks and a lunch will be taken as always. 

Requirements for CE and Update Credit
This course is approved for CE and designation credit just like a live classroom course. During the program, multiple times per hour, non-content related polling questions will appear on the screen. You must respond to the polling questions to get state CE and designation update credit. The polling questions will be displayed for 30 seconds so you will need to respond right away. Breaks and lunch will be taken as usual.

How to access the webinar
No later than two days before the course begins, you will receive an email with the webinar details and link to join. The email will come from Bryan Bernier - customercare@gotowebinar.com. Please read all the instructions in the email. There will be clear details as to the procedures that will need to be followed to get CE and update credit for the course. You do not need to complete the final exam for state CE or designation update.

Requesting CE
CE must be requested through your PROfile page with The National Alliance. You can request CE five days before the program begins and it must be done by the end of the class. Login to your PROfile, click here. Once you are logged in, click on Course History. You will see the current course you are registered for and an option to request CE. You won’t get a confirmation that the CE has been processed, but as long as you follow the steps, it will be submitted.

If you do not need CE, please follow these same steps to decline CE.

As always, CE will take up to 1-3 weeks to be filed with the state after the course is completed.

Accessing the Notebook
The notebook will be available on your PROfile page five days before the program begins. Login to your PROfile, click here. Once you are logged in, click on Course History. You will see the current course you are registered for and an option to download the notebook. The notebook will also be available for download during the webinar.
